As we get closer to the holidays, many of us are trying to find hearty and satisfying dishes that also use easily accessible ingredients from the pantry or from a quick trip to the market.

Though quick and delicious recipes like chickpea and coconut rice and crispy sheet pan noodles with glazed tofu are fantastic go-tos, it’s no secret that pasta is always a popular choice thanks to it being affordable, versatile, filling, and — of course — satisfying. And based on a recent Instagram post from cookbook author and entrepreneur Tia Mowry, she shares the same sentiment.

In the video posted to her Instagram, Mowry reveals a genius reimagining of everyone’s favorite dip concept — spinach artichoke dip — turned into a cheesy pasta bake. Starting the video by greasing a pan, she then adds minced garlic and onion, followed by dry (yes, uncooked!) pasta.  Next, she puts in her artichoke mixture, cheese, and spinach, and what seems to be a broth before mixing it all together and covering it with foil to toss in the oven.

“You guys know I love food. Love it. But I love it even more when it’s quick and easy (because we are all busy people!) like this Artichoke Pasta Bake from my cookbook! It’s the BOMB and my family loves it, especially since it comes together so quickly in one pan,” Mowry posts in the caption.

While the specific ingredients and measurements of the recipe are not included in her video, this recipe is included in Tia Mowry’s The Quick Fix Kitchen:Easy Recipes and Time-Saving Tips for a Healthier, Stress-Free Life: A Cookbook, which is available now. The book is based on the same concept as Mowry’s “Quick Fixes” digital series, and shares easy weeknight recipes, healthy food swaps, and even tips on shopping your pantry and streamlining food shopping.

This book feels perfectly timed to try out some great new recipes in time for Turkey Day! I know for me, this cheesy Spinach Artichoke Pasta Bake is absolutely going on the menu.
