I've never met someone who doesn't secretly love Wheel of Fortune. There's just something exciting about the game and the nostalgia that goes along with it. I mean, is there really anything better than being able to guess the bonus round before the contestants? I think not.
Last week two people played for the one-million-dollar prize and they were oh so very close to winning. Just the slightest mix up stood between them and a lavish lifestyle and it's totally heartbreaking to watch.
As you can see in the above video, Frank and Laurel chose the "food and drink" category for their final category on Wheel of Fortune. Unfortunately, the pair guessed the incorrect method for cooking the zucchini and they lost out on a cool million-dollar prize. Folks across the internet are calling it a huge loss.
Laurel guessed "fried zucchini" instead of "baked zucchini," forgetting that the letters "R, S, T, L, N, E" are always given to contestants in the game. It's been a rule that these letter are always given since 1988. Poor Frank and Laurel are probably never eating zucchini again.
