Typically when I think about panna cotta, it’s topped with some kind of citrus or berry curd. This dessert recipe, however, takes things in a new direction by adding a toasted marshmallow layer to the top of this classic dessert. Impressive, right?

This is definitely something a little show-stopping to end a dinner party with friends. It’s still relatively simple to make, but the marshmallow cream takes it to a whole new place. I’d like to think the textural component of this dish would be interesting – creamy, slightly tangy, and toasty.
