I don't know if it's evolution, biology, or just plain hunger, but looking at this photo all I can do is squeak, "Yes, I want."
This steak has so many good things going on — porcini, butter, and filet? Yes, I think that can all work. I especially love the butter here; it's a great recipe to stash in the freezer for the last-minute luxury of Friday Steak Night.
