This Mushroom Masala Is Your New Weeknight Vegan Option
Beautiful button mushrooms sitting in a sauce made of ginger, peas, tomatoes, and a whole bunch of spices feels like just the thing I want to make right now. The whole recipe comes together in a large sauté pan. Just serve it over some rice and you’ve made dinner.
