Today is National Hot Chocolate Day. Why not stray from your standard hot chocolate and try something a little more unique? This recipe — with white chocolate, matcha, and honey — is a great place to start.
Making this hot chocolate couldn’t be easier. Simply warm milk, honey, white chocolate, matcha, and salt together in a saucepan until the chocolate is melted, and then turn off the heat and stir in some vanilla extract.
Serve in your favorite mug with some marshmallows on top. (Hey, we’re not going do away with tradition completely!) This is the adventurous way to celebrate National Hot Chocolate Day.
