Thanksgiving Meets Poutine
Your standard poutine requires three things: fries, gravy, and curds. The dish is over the top and totally decadent in every single way. So of course, why wouldn’t you want to Thanksgiving-ify poutine to make it even more enjoyable during this time of year?
This recipe might appear a little healthier than your traditional poutine recipe, but it’s still incredibly ridiculous. You change the base of poutine by using sweet potato fries, and then cover them in turkey bacon, cranberry sauce, and fried sage.
