When two things come together that were always meant to be, it’s hard to understand why it didn’t happen sooner. Chocolate and peanut butter, macaroni and cheese, coffee and doughnuts – where would we be in life without these fabulous couples? Sad. That’s where.

Well, I’m happy to report that a new stellar couple – on Instagram no less — has emerged. Welcome Meryl Streep and all of the foods. It just makes so much sense.

The concept is easy to understand: It’s a series of food photos where Meryl Streep is photoshopped in. The first post on this Instagram account was about two months ago, and it pictured Meryl Streep on top of a pizza in honor of her role in Mama Mia!,and from there it just got better — way better.

Do you have a favorite mash-up? I think I’m partial to the avocado toast you see above, but also have a soft spot for the fried chicken sandwich Meryl. But oh, the french fries one! I just can’t choose.
