This Chicken Parm Has an Extra-Crunchy Cereal Coating
While corn flakes are typically reserved for your morning cereal bowl, they make an excellent coating for fish and poultry. Case in point? This crunchy chicken Parmesan.
To make the crispy coating, you first need to crush the corn flakes into fine crumbs and then mix them with grated Parmesan, salt, pepper, and dried oregano.
