Happy Negroni Week! Yes, you read that right — an entire week devoted to the slightly sweet, slightly bitter darling of the cocktail world. The festivities end on June 7, so you officially have two more days to celebrate. This big-batch version of a negroni, served in a punch bowl, will certainly do the trick.

Sbagliato, translated to “mistaken” in Italian, refers to a tale of a busy bartender who accidentally used sparkling wine instead of gin in a negroni — an accident that turned out to be not so bad after all.

All you need for this crowd-pleasing punch is Prosecco, Campari, sweet vermouth, and blood oranges. Cheers!
