If the idea of throwing a dinner party gives you major anxiety, you’re not alone. But it doesn’t have to be a big, stressful affair! Choose your recipes wisely — go for ones that look impressive but are secretly super easy — and you’ll be all set. These four-ingredient truffles, for example, are the perfect dessert to serve at your next get-together.

Your guests will think you picked them up at a fancy chocolatier, but you can casually say, “No, I made them myself!” like it’s no big deal. Because it wasn’t a big deal! All you need to make these truffles is a package of Oreos, cream cheese, dark chocolate chips, and coconut oil.

The author of the recipe affectionately dubs these “Broke Girl Truffles,” because they can be made on a budget but look super fancy. Simply pulse some Oreos in a food processor with the cream cheese and a pinch of salt; melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil together; roll the Oreo-cream cheese mixture into balls; and then cover the balls with the melted chocolate and let them set in the fridge.

While you can leave the truffles plain, a sprinkle of dried rose petals on top really takes them to the next level — don’t they look so elegant? As for how easy they were to make? That can be our little secret.
