We all need a little pick-me-up now and then. Whether you’re spending time outside in this hot, humid weather or trying to fight the 3 p.m. slump at work, these cold brew ice pops will give you the boost you need.

Before you can even think about these Popsicles, you first have to make a batch of cold brew. Not sure how to do it? It’s easy!

Once you’ve got your cold brew, you can start assembling the pops. Drop some chocolate chips into the bottom of your Popsicle mold, mix your cold brew with a little sweetened condensed milk, pour the coffee over the chocolate chips, and freeze.

These frozen treats also make a great dessert for a summer dinner party. Just make the coffee decaf if you’re worried about keeping people up and, as the author wisely suggests, add a little Kahlua to your coffee mixture.
