No timers, no alarms, no digital display, and a wooden handle that’s as simple and streamlined as the rest of it — this is the Zen Oven from Polish appliance company Amica, and if you’re a minimalist, I’m guessing you just fell in love.

Available only in black or white, the Zen oven (spotted over on Remodelista) is deceptively simple. The only two control knobs on this beautiful oven are retractible; they sit flush against the oven surface and pop out as needed, while the advanced technology offers rapid preheating and serious energy savings.

Sadly, the oven — which retails for £399, or about $625 — is only available in the UK and Europe. Here’s hoping it comes stateside in the near future.
