The Pasta Queen Is Releasing a Cookbook and We Can’t Pre-Order It Fast Enough

It’s no secret that’s we’re big fans of The Pasta Queen. The Tiktok, YouTube, and Instagram sensation has filled our plates with countless low-stress pasta dishes — from her Lemon Temptress Pasta to homemade pesto — and she just keeps putting out hit after hit. It comes as no surprise, then, that Nadia Caterina Munno is releasing a new cookbook and we are here for it. Just gorgeous!

Munno is known for her snappy videos showcasing drool-worthy pasta dishes from start to finish. She narrates in a way that can only be described as amazing (if you haven’t already, give one a watch). She spins yarns about each dish’s origins, and while it’s unclear how much of it is true, I may speak for us all when I say: who cares. Here’s hoping that she brings her signature playful style to the text of the book in addition to approachable, authentic pasta recipes.

The book description promises over 100 recipes, from super simple to dishes “large and complex enough to draw tears from the gods.” All of her viral hits will be featured, like Assassin’s Spaghetti and classic Pasta Carbonara, and the written format should prove a nice accompaniment to her loose and inexact video recipes. Plus, there will be beautiful photos of Italy and pasta and Munno herself. What more could you want?
