If you were inspired by our Baking School last fall to start making your own sourdough, you've probably run into the challenge of where to store all those loaves. Once a countertop fixture, bread boxes aren't nearly as common in kitchens today — but they just might be making a comeback.
The design of this bread box might look somewhat familiar since it comes from the same company that introduced the PieBox a couple of years ago. However, this simple wooden design is more focused on storage than transport.
This bread box hinges open to reveal a simple design, with an adjustable wooden shelf inside. You can move the shelf around to fit whatever style of loaves you have on hand, or slide it out completely and use it as a cutting board.
