Turns out, the most-pinned pantry of all time comes from our sister site, Apartment Therapy. How cool is that? (See it here: This Is Apartment Therapy's Most-Pinned Pantry.)

However, this pantry by Mallory — half of the team at the blog Classy Clutter — is hot on its heels! With 184,000 saves (and gaining!), it's the top trending pantry on Pinterest right now, and for good reason: It's so stinking cute!

Because the pantry is in a rental home, all of the updates Mallory made are about working with what she's got and not making permanent changes. She already had the space and the white shelves, but the space lacked any organization — and was boring, too.

If you've ever browsed through the Classy Clutter site, you'll know that Mallory and her blogging-partner-slash-best-friend, Savannah, are major lovers of color and pattern. (Full disclosure: I've worked with them before and they are super-nice, talented, and fun!) So naturally, she had to decorate the space. Here are three of the smartest features in this pantry.

1. Adhesive decals instead of wallpaper

Sure, you can buy peel-and-stick wallpaper, but these decals accomplish the same effect while being much easier to install. I just love the color and pattern they bring to the space.

2. All the containers

A shopping trip to all the usual stores meant Mallory could get just the right assortment of bins and containers — all clear or white — to hold her stuff.

3. DIY labels

Mallory made DIY labels for all the bins so that she and the kids would know exactly what was inside. The beauty of these sticky labels is that if the contents change, it's easy for the labels to change too.

Alas, many of us aren't blessed with a walk-in pantry like this one, but there are so many takeaways that you could just as easily use inside a small cabinet. The main thing that comes through for me is Mallory's joy of organizing and desire to make this workhorse space fun. Because why shouldn't you love your pantry as much as any other room in the house?
