Oreo’s Newest Flavor Is Stuffed with Creme and Even More Oreo Pieces
Fresh off the heels of last year’s 110th anniversary, Oreo is back with a new flavor that creme lovers are guaranteed to enjoy. While last year saw the brand release a chocolate confetti cake flavor to commemorate its legacy and launch a line of frozen treats to signal a new chapter in Oreo’s fabled story, the company has now announced its newest release: The Most OREO OREO.
Billed as “an homage to the cookie brand,” the latest flavor is a unique twist on the classic taste of cookies and creme that most people associate with the Nabisco cookie. Sandwiched between its two traditional chocolate cookies, finely crushed pieces of Oreo cookie are stuffed into their largest serving of creme filling yet. If an Oreo cookie stuffed with itself isn’t one of the most self-assured moves from a snack company, I don’t know what is.
Love the thought of what Oreo is doing? Thankfully, it doesn’t stop there. In anticipation of the January 30 release, Oreo is teaming up with Meta to release a “metaverse for Oreo lovers” aptly named the Oreoverse. By scanning the QR code on the package, fans will be transported to oreoverse.oreo.com where they can interact with fellow Oreo fans, play cookie-themed games, and have a chance to win fantastic prizes — including a top prize of $50,000.
To kick off the event, lifestyle legend Martha Stewart and her good friend and gardener Ryan McCallister will make their Metaverse debut live on Oreo’s Facebook and Instagram channels, Monday, January 30 at 10 a.m. EST. And truly, who better to enter the Oreoverse with than Martha herself?
Packs of the new Most Oreo Oreos hit shelves on January 30, so be sure to pick yours up before they’re gone!
