The Chai-Spiced Pumpkin Lassi (aka Your New Favorite Fall Drink)

If you’ve got Pumpkin Spice Latte fatigue (it’s a real thing — trust me), allow me to introduce you to your new favorite fall beverage: the chai-spiced pumpkin lassi.

This recipe draws inspiration from the lassi, an Indian yogurt-based drink, but unsweetened pumpkin purée stands in for the traditional mango to give it some fall flair.

With maple syrup, vanilla extract, and chai-spiced tea leaves, this drink has all the comforting flavors of autumn with the added bonus of a rich, thick consistency to keep you sated until your next meal.
