We love Trader Joe’s for their regular lineup of freezer staples, pantry basics, and of course, the

quirky finds

1. Cranberry Rasbperry Spritzer

This festive and fizzy nonalcoholic drink is made with fresh fruit, and boasts a refreshing sweet and tart flavor. It’s a welcome addition to Thanksgiving dinner and holiday brunches in place of alcoholic beverages and even juice.

2. Pear Cinnamon Cider

Change up your apple cider game with this seasonal spiced pear and cinnamon number. It’s delicious served chilled, but leave it on the warm setting in your slow cooker (add some cinnamon sticks and sliced pears for good measure) and your house will also smell amazing.

3. Mini Ginger Pumpkin Ice Cream Mouthfuls

This is the kind of dessert I would swap my pumpkin pie for. These two-bite treats sandwich sweet pumpkin ice cream between two super-gingery cookies. If the Triple Ginger Snaps make you weak in the knees, this is a dessert to try.

4. Harvest Gorgonzola Tarte

This fall-inspired flatbread is a seasonal spin on TJ’s classic Tarte aux Champignons. The thin, crispy crust is topped with not one but three cheeses (crème fraîche, Gorgonzola, and blue cheese) and a medley of veggies, including pumpkin, eggplant, and tomato.

5. Carrot Soufflé

This is the side dish that helps you totally reimagine the way carrots are served with dinner. Carrots are pureéd and whipped with sugar, warm fall spices, and eggs to create a veggie soufflé with just the right texture.
