10. Fried Potatoes and Sausage Skillet

No surprise that this Whole30-friendly breakfast-lunch-dinner option makes January's top 10 list. This incredibly easy recipe can only be made better with a sunny-side-up egg.

8. Slow Cooker White Chicken Chili

This hearty slow cooker chili is a little lighter than its beef brethren. It's packed with plenty of vegetables (thanks, frozen corn and canned chiles) and simmers slowly in the Crock-Pot. It's definitely a game-day crowd-pleaser — hint, hint.

7. Slow Cooker Orange Chicken

I'm a little heart-eyes for this comfort classic too. Traditional chicken and dumplings can take all day at the stove, but this slow cooker version is equal parts easy and delectable.

4. Slow Cooker Butter Bean Minestrone

This is my personal most-cooked recipe from January — I put it on our family meal plan not once, but twice! Flavorful and family friendly — it freezes well too!

3. Lemony Broccoli Pasta

This recipe is for all you parents out there trying to get your kids to eat more veggies! Partnering is one of my favorite ways to get kids to try and love vegetables. Here, pasta and broccoli come to the table hand in hand with a lovely lemon sauce everyone loves.

2. Slow Cooker Broccoli Cheddar Soup from The Pioneer Woman

Of course you want broccoli cheddar soup from the slow cooker — Ree knows this! This recipe combines comfort food with the ease of the slow cooker for this classic soup we know and love.

1. Martha Stewart's Slow Cooker Cheesecake

Cheesecake from the slow cooker is brilliant, as the former requires low and slow heat and the latter all but guarantees that! While it might be surprising as a favorite recipe from January — the month we see more smoothies and gym memberships than any other — the fact that we're all saving it for later means we can admire it now but bake it later.
