Tea Towel of the Day: A Real Eye Opener

Tea Towel of the Day: A Real Eye Opener

We love pretty, clever, well-designed tea towels; they can be bright aids to washing up, or inexpensive art for the kitchen. Here's our latest favorite, a replica of an original 1940s sign.

Ancient Industries, the quirky little shop where we found this towel, says that the sign was originally displayed in a cafeteria in England.

We like the message! Maybe we'll hang this on our dining room wall...

Find it: A Real Eye Opener Tea Towel, $15 at Ancient Industries

The design, by the way, comes via British salvage company Trainspotters, and you can find a poster version of the design at their website.
