Target's Black Friday deals start at 5 p.m. today, but if you're not super excited at the prospect of shopping on Thanksgiving, the deals are already launched online. That means you could buy a Kitchenaid stand mixer between the main course and dessert — and no one has to be any the wiser.

Many deals run through Saturday, but quantities are limited on many items. Additionally, for Friday only, if you spend over $50, you get a 20% coupon for future purchases. There's something for everyone on your list (yes, even yourself), but here are our top picks for the kitchen.

Instant Pot Duo 6-Quart 7-in-1 Pressure Cooker, $70, usually $100 (you save $30)

We've seen Instant Pot sales in the past, but it's not often we see it being sold for under $70. And this isn't just any Instant Pot — it's the DUO 7-in-1 6-quart model, which we've called out as a top pick for IP newbies. If you need a primer on what you can make with your new InstantPot, head here. Some ideas for what to whip up the day it arrives? How about mulled wine, chili, or pumpkin purée? Yup, it's that versatile. It also comes with a $10 Target gift card.

iRobot Roomba 675 Robot Vacuum, $199, usually $300 (you save $100)

When you think of all that will be entering (and dirtying) your home this holiday season, and how little time you'll have to clean, now really is the ideal time to enlist the help of a robotic vacuum. Sensors and an edge-sweeping brush ensure it reaches into every corner and crevice to suck up crumbs, pine needles, and gift-wrap shrapnel alike. To make things even more convenient, the 675 model is app-compatible, meaning cleanings can be scheduled or started from anywhere in the world.

Bodum Brazil 8-Cup French Press Coffee Maker for Two Set, $10, was $20 (you save $10)

Stocking stuffer, teacher gift, or just a backup when your other French press is in the dishwasher, this French press and mug set is the perfect blend of functional and cute (not to mention cheap!). And since it's a Bodum, the name for French presses, you can feel confident about its quality. One of our favorite methods for brewing coffee, all it takes is coarsely-ground coffee beans, hot water, and four minutes of your time before you're enjoying a delicious cup of coffee.

Rubbermaid 28-Piece Easy Find Lids Food Storage Set, $8, was $30 (you save $22)

Let this deal be your reason to toss your lid-less and mismatched storage containers into the recycling bin and get a sparkling new set for less than $10. You can also score some great deals on this glass storage container set from Pyrex, if you prefer not to use plastic.

Google Home Mini, $24, usually $49 (you save $25)

If you've yet to add any smart home devices to your life, why not start with Google Home when it's almost half off? We love the compact size and simple, modern design of the Google Home Mini. Just think of its uses in the kitchen alone. Busy stirring but need to set a timer? Wondering how many tablespoons are in a cup? Or maybe you'd just like to catch up on the day's headlines while you unload the dishwasher, or want some music to get your toes tapping while you cook dinner? The Google Home Mini can help with all of that.

Nutri Ninja Auto-iQ Pro Complete Personal Blender, $60, usually $119 (you save $59)

Unlike some other personal blenders, the Ninja's powerful motor and professional blades can handle fibrous fruits and vegetables and even frozen strawberries and ice. We love the intelligent Auto-IQ settings that take the guesswork out of knowing how long to blend to get the best result, and you can opt to make your drinks super smooth by selecting the Smooth Boost option. Use the Pulse button to chop, and the manual Start/Stop button for short blends or to make fresh sauces and dressings. Its small footprint makes the Ninja perfect for any kitchen or dorm room, and the dishwasher-safe blades and pair of cups mean cleanup is easy.

KitchenAid Professional 5-Quart Mixer, $220, usually $499 (you save $330)

We weren't surprised to see a KitchenAid stand mixer included in Target's Black Friday roundup, but we certainly were shocked when we saw that they're offering $330 off their Professional 5-quart model. An upgrade in capacity from most of their traditional mixers (5 vs. 4.5 quarts), the Professional also comes with a bowl lift and raised design to offer more stability when mixing heavy batches of food. Included are flat beaters, a dough hook, and a wire whisk, so you'll be fully prepared to make almost anything you're craving during the holidays and beyond.
