It’s a tradition in New York for me: I buy a bunch of Halloween candy for trick-or-treaters and nobody ever shows up. So what to do with the all the leftovers? This 7-layer dip takes your candy to a whole, new decadent level.

Serious Eats said what better way to repurpose candy then by melting it all together and scooping it up with pretzels? (A candy “terrine” if you will.) Each layer of the dip includes a different candy, which I like to imagine adds a unique texture to the overall dip experience.

If you’re looking for more ideas, we’ve also posted a few of our candy repurposing ideas including a Creamy Candy Bar Sauce and Candy Crunch Dip.

What do you plan on doing with the leftovers? Eating all the candy, of course, is totally acceptable.
