There's a chill in the air, so it must be time to start predictions of the hot new trends coming to food next year.
Now in his eighth year of making predictions, one prognosticator has made his predictions for the biggest trends for the coming year. The top two? Tacos and scrambled eggs.
Andrew Freeman of the San Francisco based consulting firm Freeman & Co. says that 2015 will be the year of "I want what I want when I want it" (thanks, Millenials). And that everything will be customization as well.
