TRUFF Is Releasing a New Version of Their Hotter Sauce — But There’s Only One Way to Get It

When it comes to strategic and innovative partnerships, few brands can rival the geniuses at Taco Bell. From successful partnerships with snack favorites Frito-Lay and Doritos to displaying their cultural relevance with the Mexican Pizza musical featuring country icon Dolly Parton and superstar Doja Cat, the chain continues to set the bar high.

Given this track record, I’m always looking forward to what TB will offer next. And it seems like it’s going to be a spicy one, because the brand has partnered with the hot sauce experts over at TRUFF for a collaboration sure to have your tastebuds enticed. 

In a move sure to please fans of the fast-food chain, Taco Bell is bringing back a fan-favorite: Nacho Fries. But this time, it’ll be with a twist. The crispy, seasoned fries served with a side of warm nacho cheese have been a hit since its release, but now you’ll be able to get a hot new spin on the dish with Loaded TRUFF Nacho Fries. A true treat, indeed!

Featuring a bed of fries topped with diced tomatoes, nacho cheese sauce, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, delicious grilled marinated steak, and TRUFF, the Loaded TRUFF Nacho Fries is a must-try for lovers of both brands.

But don’t think they’re just throwing the regular TRUFF Hotter Sauce on top: In true brand fashion, TRUFF is offering an update to its red chili pepper and authentic black truffle spicy blend. For this collaboration, TRUFF is making the tasty sauce even creamier to suit Taco Bell’s cuisine better, and for only $1, fans can add the sauce to any of their favorite items on The Taco Bell app.

Beyond the new creamier TRUFF sauce, Taco Bell will launch a TRUFF Tracker on its app. Given the limited quantity of the new and presumably improved sauce, the TRUFF Tracker will allow fans to monitor how much of the supply remains. The new item is available nationwide beginning October 13, so be sure to get yours before it’s all gone.
