How fast are your fingers? They probably weren’t fast enough to snag a coveted room at the Taco Bell-themed hotel in in Palm Springs: it sold out in just two minutes when the spots went on sale back in June. For the lucky few who did get a room, though, now is the time to pack their bags and hightail it to the desert, where the pop-up hotel will be christened with a “Hot Sauce Ceremony.”

The Bell: A Taco Bell Hotel and Resort opened with a ceremonial ribbon cutting — of a ribbon made of hot-sauce packets, but that’s just the beginning of what the people flying in from all over the country will get to experience. They can lounge on hot-sauce- packet floaties in the “Fire! Pool” while watching “dive-in movies,” curated to make sure the films mention Taco Bell, of course. And they will be provided with appropriate movie snacks: chipotle-butter popcorn dusted with Verde seasoning.

The food and drinks — including Taco Bell classics, not-yet-released test items, and innovative exclusives — will obviously flow freely. Attendees can belly up to the Baja Bar for signature cocktails including a Strawberry Sangria Baja Blast Pop served in Champagne.

Since obviously everyone will be Instagramming everything, there’s an on-site salon that will offer Cinnamon Twist braids, Baja manis, and Fire Fades, while the gift shop will sell special-edition swimsuits, shades, and slides as well as blue light glasses. But if you’re just playing along at home, don’t worry: you can buy those online, too. And then, of course, there’s the live entertainment, including DJs spinning all day and concerts by  Wallows, Whethan, FLETCHER and Tate Tucker in the evening.

Unfortunately, those of us who weren’t fast enough to book those rooms when they went up will just have to follow along from home via TacoBell on Instagram.
