Actress and social media sensation, Tabitha Brown — also known to many as our beloved “Vegan Auntie” — is kicking 2023 off with some news that’s guaranteed to make life easier for you. Taking to her Instagram page on Wednesday, January 4, Brown revealed to her 4.2 million followers that the launch of a limited time collaboration with Target is on the way. And it’s coming sooner than you think.

Embarking on her own vegan journey just five years ago, Brown has done the work to make achieving your plant-based goals both easy and enjoyable. Because as she commonly chants, “Food is love and how I love myself,” Brown aims to bring both love and great tasting food into your home and kitchen.

Dropping on Sunday, January 8, the new Vegan Food & Kitchen Collection will include an array of inspired cookware, plant-based snacks, meal plans, and ingredients to accompany some of her favorite vegan recipes. From avocado-shaped serving dishes and stylized cutting boards, all the way to pasta, burgers and dill-flavored popcorn, this #TargetTabCollab has something for everyone to experience. And “Like so, like that,” you can find more details and start exploring the complete catalogue of her collection at Tabitha Brown for Target.

This isn’t the only thing our favorite Vegan Auntie currently has out in stores though. Last month, Brown announced that her sweet potato pie-infused haircare line — Donna’s Recipe — is now available online and at all Ulta Beauty locations.

Whether you’re looking to go vegan yourself or start with ‘Meatless Mondays’” these seven plant-based groceries Carla Hall keeps handy are worth giving a try.
