Sylvester Stallone Is Selling His Hidden Hills Ranch and It Comes with a Ridiculous Amount of Fruit Trees
There’s a new celebrity home on the market, and it’s a total knockout. Sylvester Stallone and his wife, Jennifer Flavin Stallone, have listed their Hidden Hills estate just nine months after buying it for $18 million. TMZ reported that the reason for the sale is that the Stallones are spending most of their time in Palm Beach, Florida, where they have a $35 million mansion.
Listed for $22.5 million, the 10,460-square-foot Hidden Hills house has 4 bedrooms (plus a guest house if you need more room), 6.5 bathrooms, a pool, home theater, gym, koi pond, horse barn, stables, and a riding ring. It has a grand two-story entrance, and the master bedroom has its own sitting area, private balcony, and two walk-in closets. As if all of that weren’t enough, the property sits on 2.26 professionally landscaped acres and boasts beautiful mountain views, a vegetable garden, a greenhouse, and more than 100 citrus and avocado trees. Think of all the avocado toast you could eat!
The World Class Hamptons designed home is located in a guard gated community, at the end of a cul-de-sac for even more privacy. It’s a dream estate for an equestrian, with plenty of space for hosting guests and entertaining. Living here is like being at a resort year-round; you can spend your days lounging by the custom pool, drinking fresh-squeezed juice from fruit grown in your backyard, enjoying a restaurant experience at home (thanks to the open concept chef’s kitchen), and watching movies in your very own home theater (Rocky, perhaps?).
