We also get master recipes for things like cream puffs and pastry cream followed by tons of variations. It’s easy to mix-and-match and build our own recipes. Iuzzini also includes an incredible amount of detail in this book, both in vibrant step-by-step images and in detailed explanations of techniques and baking terms (do you know your French meringue from your Swiss?!).
