Subway is opening its first-ever pop-up restaurant dedicated exclusively to one of its most popular menu items – the cookie. Aptly named Cookieway and located in New York City, this temporary cookie-centric outpost will draw passersby in with the scent of fresh-from-the-oven treats during the weekend of December 4. Think limited-edition flavors exclusive to the pop-up (hello, Double Chocolate and M&M), along with longtime Subway classics like Oatmeal Raisin and chewy gooey Chocolate Chip. There will even be exclusive merchandise and larger-than-life cookie installations.

“Subway is launching Cookieway as a special thank you to our fans, who overwhelm us with love for our cookies and have helped make Subway cookies the co-star of our menu, alongside our subs,” said Carrie Walsh, Subway’s Chief Marketing Officer, in a press announcement about the pop-up. The temporary shop is a sweet addition to the already 40,000 Subway restaurants around the globe, known primarily for their subs, wraps, and salads.

Want to think outside the traditional cookie jar and investigate new fun flavors? Cookieway’s menu is full of unique treats, including the fresh and fruity Raspberry Cheesecake and cult favorite White Chip Macadamia Nut. Longtime Subway dessert aficionados also welcome back seasonal cookies Caramel Apple (a decadent choice complete with apple chunks, caramel chips, and caramel salted crunch), Caramel Brownie (a hybrid crispy cookie-meets-chewy brownie), and S’mores (a flashback to fall firesides). Shoppers will also be treated to complimentary cookie six-packs while supplies last, with an optional donation to Make-A-Wish Metro New York.

If you can’t make it to the NYC pop-up, don’t crumble with sadness. Subway is offering 10 percent off and free delivery for delivery orders placed on the Subway app through the end of the year.

The Cookieway shop is located on 91 Allen Street in New York City and open from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m on Thursday, December 2, and Friday, December 3; and Saturday, December 4 (National Cookie Day), and Sunday, December 5, from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
