Submit Your Favorite Healthy Recipes for Kitchn’s New Series
Here at Kitchn we believe that “healthy” is different for everyone. Some people might think drinking a green smoothie is the best thing for them, while others like a hefty omelette with all the fillings. There’s no one way. When you’re feeling at your best or your healthiest, what are you eating? Starting next month we want to show you how real people make healthy decisions, however they define that. But we need your help to do this.
Introducing the “My Favorite Healthy Recipes” Series
For the month of July we’re experimenting with a new series that asks our readers to tell us what “healthy” means to them. The purpose of this series is to show how real people around the country (and even world) eat “healthy,” however they choose to define that for themselves. Maybe you’ll even find a few recipes to add to your own meal plan.
Every submission will include a little bit about the person, including where they live and how many people are in their immediate family. It will also highlight three to five recipes that the person considers “healthy” for them. It could be anything from a delicious roast chicken recipe, to a kale smoothie, to the homemade pizza recipe that makes that person feel their best.
How Do I Submit My Favorite Healthy Recipes?
Do you have a few favorite recipes that make you feel your best? Great. We want to feature you and your ideas on Kitchn.
Send an email to myhealthy@thekitchn.com with “My Healthy Recipes Submission” in the subject line. In the email tell us:
- Your name.
- Your location.
- Your age.
- Your occupation.
- How many people are in your family.
- A photo of yourself.
- How you define what “healthy” means and a little bit about your particular diet.
- The three to five recipes that make you feel like you’re eating “healthy,” however you define that. Please link to recipes from the web (do not write out the recipe), and tell us a little bit about why you love each recipe.
