You could frost this sheet pan pancake like a cake and serve it as a celebratory breakfast, but we love it any day with a little powdered sugar and syrup.
Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
Coat the parchment paper and sides of the baking sheet with melted butter.
Whisk buttermilk, eggs, vanilla extract, and melted butter in a large bowl until combined.
Add flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Fold until the dry ingredients are incorporated.
Fold in blueberries (or fruit, nuts, or chocolate chips).
Pour the batter into baking sheet and smooth into an even layer. Bake at 400ºF until lightly golden (12 to 15 minutes).
Remove from the oven. Brush with melted butter. Broil until golden brown, 2 to 4 minutes. Cut and serve warm with powdered sugar and maple syrup.
