Banana bread has become one of the most popular comfort foods and this version is our new favorite. Why? It has a nutty Nutella swirl. Here’s how to make it!
Arrange a rack in the middle of the oven and heat the oven to 350°F. Line a 9x5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper and coat with cooking spray.
Combine mashed bananas, melted butter, sugar, eggs, milk and vanilla extract in a bowl. Then add flour, baking soda, and salt.
Transfer half the batter to the prepared pan. Dollop Nutella and swirl with a toothpick. Repeat.
Bake for about 55 to 65 minutes. Let cool in pan for 20 minutes then flip onto a wire rack to cool.
