How to Make Extra Toasty Cheez-It Chicken Tenders

While I love snacking on Extra Toasty Cheez-Its straight out of the (family size) box, I love cooking with them, too. My favorite thing to make is crispy, cheesy chicken tenders. They’re so good you won’t want to share them with the kids!

Marinate strips of chicken breast in a mixture of buttermilk, salt, garlic powder, hot sauce, and black pepper for at least 15 minutes, or overnight.

Crush Cheez-Its in a food processor and season with garlic powder and black pepper.

Bread the marinated chicken with the crushed Cheez-Its crumbs.  Bake at 425°F for 12 minutes. Flip the chicken and rotate the baking sheet, and bake for another 8-13 minutes.

Make homemade ranch dip with sour cream, buttermilk, garlic power, onion powder, chives, parsley leaves, salt, and pepper.
