All you need are eggs and bananas. Don’t believe us? Take a look at our step-by-step recipe and decide for yourself. 

These banana pancakes are truly something magical.

Mash 1 banana.

Add flavorings if desired. These pancakes are pretty great on their own, but a few extras never hurt.

Stir in 2 eggs.

Heat a pan over medium heat.

Drop the batter on a hot griddle and cook for about 1 minute.

Sprinkle any loose toppings, like nuts or chocolate chips, over the top of the pancakes as the first side cooks.

Flip the pancakes and cook for another minute or so.

Serve warm with maple syrup, honey, jam, or any extra toppings you’d like.
