We’re huge fans of Staub, the beloved French cookware brand. We even included their Dutch oven as part of our Kitchen Essentials list. And just when we thought we couldn’t love Staub any more than we already do, they go and release a new, gorgeous color.

Meet: Sage. It takes after its herbal namesake and is a light green with stainless steel accents. It reminds us of spring and, honestly, it’s the pastel-colored cookware of our dreams.

It's easy being green.

Sage is available in several different pieces of cookware, one of them being Staub’s Deep Oven, which is about the same capacity as their 5.5-quart Dutch oven, but has taller sides (and costs about $150 less, making it more budget-friendly!). Here’s what Staub has to say about it: “This deep cocotte is ideal for cooking large quantities on small burners and recipes that require extra height. Made in France of cast iron with Staub’s signature majolique enamel finish, the oven helps you prepare everything from soups, stews and soufflés to layered dishes and tall bone-in cuts of meat. The heavy lid seals in moisture while the cast-iron construction provides lasting, even heat.” We’re sold!

The Everything Pan!

Sage is also available in the Everything Pan, which is definitely one of our favorite pieces from the collection. This pan has the base of their enameled cast iron braiser, but comes with a glass lid that allows you to easily monitor food as it cooks. It’s perfect for searing, pan-roasting, braising, and even shallow-frying. We also love the Everything Pan’s handles, which are roomy and curve slightly upwards, making it super-easy to lift into and out of the oven.

Here’s the full list of everything you can get Sage in, with pricing.

Sage is available both in-store and (starting today!) online exclusively at Williams Sonoma. The real question is: How do you choose which pan to buy? (Because we want them all!)
