Starburst Is Going to Release Bags Filled Exclusively with Pink Starbursts

Every pack of original Starburst fruit chews comes with an assortment of four colors: red, orange, yellow, and pink. While all flavors offer fruity deliciousness, the pink-flavored fruit chew is hands-down the overwhelming favorite.

Do you pick through the bag of Starbursts to find the very best flavor? You’re not alone. Wrigley — the parent company of Starburst — is making everyone’s dreams come true and creating a limited-edition bag that is only filled with pink Starbursts.

“On social media we’re seeing people talk about pink Starburst more than any other flavor; there’s even a meme about being treated ‘like a pink Starburst,'” Matt Montei, senior director of confections at Wrigley, told Mashable. “The pink conversation and fanfare has continued to grow so we decided to act.”

Since 2008, Starburst has been selling a “FaveReds” bag that contains only red and pink chews. But true pink chew loyalists know that the red candies are merely diluting the deliciousness in any given bag. It was time (really overdue) for a bag that was filled exclusively with pink Starbursts.

The limited-edition “All Pink” bags are going to debut in April at Target, Walmart, Walgreens, Kroger, Meijer, HEB, and Amazon. They will come in a single stick form for $0.99 and a larger bag for $3.19.
