The keto diet can be tough to follow, especially for someone with a Starbucks Frappuccino habit. But now there’s a new “secret menu” Starbucks drink that’s keto-friendly and tastes like peach cobbler, and people are going absolutely nuts for it.

Starbucks’ secret menu drinks are the result of fans mixing and matching Starbucks’ ingredients to come up with their own unofficial drinks, like Harry Potter’s pumpkin juice or the secret drink that makes everyone’s colds feel better. It’s like culinary fan fiction, and the latest breakout hit is the “Keto White Drink,” a sugar-free riff on Starbucks’ Peach Citrus White Tea that’s Instagram-friendly and keto diet-compliant.

According to Delish, the Peach Citrus White Tea Infusion on the official Starbucks menu is a blend of peach and botanical flavors with Starbucks’ white iced tea and liquid cane sugar. It’s a shaken drink that’s sweet and refreshing, but that liquid cane sugar makes it off-limits for anybody on the keto diet. The Keto White Drink swaps the sugar for Starbucks’ sugar-free vanilla syrup for a vanilla-peach botanical-tea infusion, then adds a splash of heavy cream. (The keto diet allows heavy cream, so you might as well put it in everything.)

People are really loving this thing. One fan said it tastes exactly like peaches and cream. Another said it tasted so much like it had real sugar in it that she thought the barista had made a mistake, but it really does just taste like that.

According to Spoon University, all you have to do to get the drink is ask your barista for an unsweetened peach citrus white tea with no water, light ice, a splash of heavy cream, and two to four pumps of sugar-free vanilla syrup. You can even get it blended like a Frappuccino. Huzzah!
