Stanley Tucci Launched a Limited-Edition Bottle of S.Pellegrino — Here’s How You Can Win One
In a celebrity-brand partnership that makes so much sense it made me slap my forehead, Stanley Tucci has signed on with San Pellegrino for a multi-year campaign. Stan Pellegrino, anyone? How perfect.
If you enjoyed Searching for Italy, Stanley Tucci’s docuseries where he explores all things Italian cuisine in an idyllic setting, then the new San Pellegrino ad will really speak to you. It features Tucci front and center — enjoying fine dining, picnicking in the mountains, and strolling through an ornate casino, all surrounded by breathtaking scenery and inexplicably good-looking people. Basically, Tucci being peak Tucci, right at the source: San Pellegrino Terme, where “water travels through the rocks on a 30-year journey that enriches it with minerals.”
Tucci posted on Instagram about the partnership with a snapshot of him casually pouring S. Pellegrino into a stemless wine glass with dramatic mountains and classical architecture in the background. The caption reads “Now, this just feels right. Let the delicious journey begin.” I must say, I agree. I can honestly picture Tucci pouring San Pellegrino at his dinner parties, or drinking some alongside his glass of wine at dinner. And to me, it all makes perfect sense.
To kick off the ad campaign on the right foot, San Pellegrino is giving away some limited-edition bottle sets that include a bottle of “Stan Pellegrino” engraved with Tucci’s signature. Here’s hoping they launch a line of actual Stan Pellegrino and that I can get my hands on some in time for Searching for Italy season two. Because why drink San Pellegrino when you could drink Stan Pellegrino?
