Folks, I have a problem: I can’t stop collecting cool coffee makers. From trusty Mr. Coffee drip brewers and Aeropresses to French presses and cold brew makers, my apartment’s cabinets and countertops are overflowing with caffeine consumption equipment. However, because both my girlfriend and I love drinking coffee, it isn’t too much of a problem — the only downside is that I’m literally running out of room to store everything. That’s why I’m always on the lookout for small, space-saving coffee makers. In that pursuit, I’ve collected more single-serve brewers than anything else — and for good reason. Single-serve coffee makers are perfect for small apartments and households, they let the user customize their cup to the exact strength and size they’d like, and they tuck away nicely when they’re not in use. The one I’m excited to talk about today is the Stanley Classic Perfect-Brew Pour Over Set.

What Is the Stanley Classic Perfect-Brew Pour Over Set?

This stainless-steel pour-over coffee maker is from Stanley, a brand our editors (and most of the internet) loves. Their insulated mugs, cups, pitchers, and — of course — water bottles have a cult following for their quality and effectiveness. This set includes a pour over with a stainless-steel filter and a matching insulated Camp Mug with a lid. It’s completely dishwasher-safe, easy to clean, and made from BPA-free materials. It’s also available in a number of different colorways to match any and every kitchen aesthetic.

Why I Love the Stanley Classic Perfect-Brew Pour Over Set

I love pour-over coffee in general, but this one from Stanley is particularly cool. It features this vertical metal mesh filter with seriously small holes, which (as long as you don’t have extra-fine coffee ground for, say, espresso) lets you forgo a filter with minimal silt in the bottom of your cup. However, if you’re not a fan of the reusable-filter cups, you can remove the filter, pop a drip filter in there, and use it as a normal pour over with ease. It also breaks down super easily for cleaning, and the whole thing has an incredibly sturdy feel to it — similar to other Stanley products I’ve tried in the past.

As for the mug, it’s probably my new favorite addition to my shelf, as it a) looks cool, b) fits perfectly with the pour over (although you can use the pour over on any mug), and c) has an insulated lid that keeps your coffee warm for hours. So, if you’re looking for a reliable, rugged pour-over coffee brewer that doesn’t require filters (but has the option to use them!) you can’t go wrong with the Stanley Classic Perfect-Brew Pour Over Set. Plus, it also makes a great Father’s Day gift!
