Anyone that knows me will tell you that when you’re visiting my house, you’re bound to find yourself with a good drink in hand. Whether it’s mocktails or cocktails, something is always being mixed — and I wouldn’t have it any other way.

Growing up, I always had an affinity for mixing things together. A combination of Kool-Aid flavors was my favorite, but as I’ve gotten older, I’ve become more interested in mixing spirits and experimenting with different syrups and fresh juices to create new palate-pleasing sips.

With my budding career as a mixologist (OK, not exactly), it’s important for me to have the right tools to make my drinks look as great as possible. Though I have plenty of bar tools and a variety of cups, one thing I haven’t been able to come across yet is a good shaker. That was, however, until I was introduced to the Lifted Spirits Collection from Stanley.

The brand — which is known for its internet-famous tumbler — has released a new collection made for creating the perfect cocktails that include the innovative and quality craftsmanship fans know and love. The new collection features a 12-ounce Craft Cocktail Shaker set, a 12-ounce Highball Glass, a 6-ounce Rocks Glass, and an 8-ounce Hip Flask and according to the brand, will add an “elevated look to your bar car.” Each piece uses recycled stainless-steel metal, is BPA-free and sustainable, and the two glasses feature double-wall vacuum insulation to keep drinks hot, cold, or iced.  As someone who enjoys creating and sipping on amazing cocktails made in the comfort of my home, I will be the first to sound the alarm about this amazing new collection.

With family and friends stopping by for visits during the holidays, the timing couldn’t have been any better to showcase my bartending skills and test out my new Stanley gear. And even though my place has emptied out post-holidays, I’m still reaching for these pieces.

Though the three pieces that I tested — the shaker set, highball glass, and rocks glass — were each amazing to use, there was one item that I took to the most: the shaker set. I have an upwards of five shakers in my home, but since getting this one from Stanley, it’s absolutely become my go-to. It’s a comfortable fit in my hand and doesn’t leak while I’m shaking away the stress of the day with whatever cocktail comes to mind. In my opinion, it’s perfectly crafted and easily one of the best quality shakers I’ve ever used.

And as for the insulated cups? Both options are going to be perfect for any on-the-go travel (even if it’s alcohol-free) or tailgating events that allows you to enjoy your own drinks. They’re durable and convenient and just may take the place of the usual insulated cup I keep for backyard sipping.

Even though the holidays have passed through, Stanley’s cocktail gear will keep me being the talk of the party — and not just for my skills on the grill or the drinks I whip up.
