Come the holidays, I pretty much want all my cocktails to be bubbly. I think it’s because they feel more celebratory and festive, which I’m always happy to lean into. This 3-ingredient pitcher cocktail is exactly what I’m making from Thanksgiving through New Year’s Eve. Sparkling apple cider, fresh rosemary, and vodka join forces to result in a super-simple drink that feels fancy.

A Simple Big-Batch Cocktail for Celebrating

When you’re hosting a crowd, it’s always easier to serve up one large pitcher of a cocktail instead of spending all your time shaking and stirring. This one comes together in minutes, yet feels special. Muddling fresh rosemary in the bottom of a pitcher releases its aromatic oils, so that once you stir in the vodka and sparkling apple cider, both are perfumed with its woodsy, warming notes. It’s a fast and fancy drink that’s fit for the season.
