A Fresh, Sugar-Free Alternative to Soda: Sparkling Ayala's Herbal Water

For the health conscious, Sparkling Ayala's Herbal Water hits all the notes: it's organic, sugar-free, and made without sweeteners, preservatives, additives, or colorants. But the best part is what it does contain: creative herbal extract combinations that make this an elegant standalone beverage or cocktail mixer.

A refreshing alternative to plain water or sugary soda, this lightly carbonated beverage comes in Cinnamon Orange Peel, Ginger Lemon Peel, Lavender Mint, and Lemongrass Mint Vanilla. The flavors stir the palate, yet they're delicate enough that they can be served alongside many foods.

I particularly enjoyed Lemongrass Mint Vanilla, which I could imagine pouring at my Vietnamese-themed dinner party. The Herbal Water website provides other food pairing suggestions like Cinnamon Orange Peel with spicy dishes and Ginger Lemon Peel alongside sushi or pie.

Herbal Water could also be used a mixer in cocktails and mocktails — perhaps in something like a rickey or a wine spritzer.

Have you tried it, particularly with food or cocktails? What did you think?
