I was recently chatting with a friend about getting more fruits and vegetables into my diet. But for me, salads aren’t the answer. Instead I’ve been adding a morning smoothie to my routine. It’s gotten me eating spinach, mangos, berries, and more — all before 8 a.m. And just like that, I feel supremely accomplished before I even start the day.

Maybe you’re looking to add the same kind of dietary boost to your day or you have a bunch of bananas to use up. I firmly believe smoothies can help with all of that. And if you’re looking for some inspiration, here are 40 smoothie recipes all in one place, so you can make a smoothie for any mood, taste, or ingredient.
