Small Kitchen Tools: Foldable Handles

Those of us in small kitchens have to find space wherever we can, and we have to look for kitchen tools that deserve the room they take up. Sometimes just a small adjustment can make them fit in our kitchen better, like the folding handle on this Cast Iron Chargriller from Fante's ($29.99).

Here's some other products we've noticed lately that fold up for easier storage: this Hinged Folding Splatter Guard ($6.99, Fante's) folds up flat and would really help out in kitchens where there is no backsplash. More below...

Although perhaps a pizza peel is not essential to most, this Folding Mario Batali Pizza Peel still looks pretty cool. ($32.99, Fante's) And then of course don't forget about the myriad of different silicone colanders that pop open and shut.

Do you gravitate towards products that can be folded up and slid away? Or is it minimal space-saving at this point?
