There are few things better than throwing everything into a slow cooker, walking away, and returning in an hour to perfectly spiced cocktails. Serve it to guests, drink it while you’re wrapping presents, or pour it into a Thermos and take it caroling or sledding.

This particular mulled wine is a sweet-tart combination of red wine, bourbon, pomegranate juice, and brown sugar. You’ll toss in warming spices like cinnamon sticks and anise pods, as well as fresh fruit, including apple slices, orange slices, and cranberries, for a delicious drink you’ll want to sip on all season long.
