If you haven’t tried a silicone spatula yet, it’s time. These flexible rubber spatulas are a versitile kitchen tool – not only do they spotlessly scrape a bowl clean of cake batter and gingerly fold egg whites into a mousse, but because most are temperature resistant up to 600°, they also coax omelets from hot pans, and other delicate, high-heat jobs.
