As if picking a KitchenAid stand mixer isn’t hard enough (there are more than 86 colors to choose from!), the company just announced four new color options at the International Home + Housewares Show. You know, just to complicate things!

The new colors are (drumroll, please!) Avocado Cream, Black Violet, Ink Blue, and Milkshake. And the bonus surprise? They’re all in a silky matte finish that you’re just gonna want to touch. Forever.

Avocado Cream

A trendy new color that popped up throughout the show, this take on green is an earthy yet contemporary approach to the more traditional pastel mint hue. It will be available in the Artisan Mini stand mixer ($400) beginning in July.

Black Violet

We don’t usually get too excited about purple stuff, but this Black Violet has us all kinds of pumped. Meant to be a more indulgent and velvety alternative to the brighter purple mixers already on the market, this one is moody and rich. Look for it in the Artisan Series 5-Quart ($430) in September.

Ink Blue

This new shade is meant to offer a softer alternative for folks who like the matte black color. It’s inspired by the classic ink blue glaze on white bone china, but it reminds us of a leaky ballpoint pen — in the best possible way! It’ll be available in the Artisan Series 5-Quart ($430) this July.

Milkshake

A neutral option that’s white but not too white, this warm eggshell-y shade will be available in the Artisan Series 5-Quart stand mixer ($430) and the Pro 600 Series ($570) starting in July.

Also, because we feel like you guys should see this, here’s a giant stand mixer that was taller than our editors. Sadly, it’s not a functioning unit and it’s not for sale. (Note the man in the background for scale!)
