How to Do It

Use an ice cream scoop to scoop the melon. Add each round to an ice cream cone, then top with whipped cream and a cherry. For an icy version, add the scooped melon to a parchment-lined baking sheet and chill in the freezer for two to three hours before adding to your cone.
