With the arrival of summer comes the strong desire to sit by the pool, the beach, or honestly anywhere outside and sip a cold, fruity cocktail. If you agree, then these seven recipes should come in handy this weekend. They’re fun, festive, and exactly the kind of refreshment mid-June deserves.

Put all those sweet, in-season strawberries to use with this sparkling wine sangria. Cucumber slices make it extra refreshing.

Ginger liqueur lends a touch of warm spice to this frozen sangria, which offsets the juicy sweetness of the peaches and mango.

If you’re already planning a trip to Costco this weekend, you might as well pick up all the things you need to make a big, inexpensive pitcher of sangria to serve to all your friends.

If you love the bracing bitterness of a classic negroni, there’s no better summer alternative than this slushy version.

We’re smack-dab in peak rosé season, and while there’s really no need to stray from enjoying it as is, this pretty pink sangria might convince you otherwise.

If you’re not able to get to the beach this weekend, this frozen daiquiri is the next best thing.

This frozen slushy is a summery take on the classic Moscow mule. It swaps the vodka for bourbon, tosses fresh peaches into the mix, and doesn’t skimp on the ginger beer and lime.
